In the past, participating vendors have driven or flown in the evening prior and started for home at the conclusion of the conference. Because of the size of the show, it is a great opportunity for local reps to converse with hospitals likely to be in their territories.

During registration each conference attendee will receive a "Treasure Hunt Map." It will be the responsibility of each attendee to seek out TVC Vendors during the Trade Show Break & Lunch to receive their respective sticker/stamp. They will be required to visit all Treasure Hunt stops (ie: vendors) in order to fulfill their Map. Once completed, attendees turn in these maps at the TVC booth and are entered for all raffle prizes.
The prize drawings will be held from 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm in the Trade Show area. We do ask that all vendors supply a prize of some kind for this component. This is a great way to interact with veterinarians, practice managers and others in a fun and dynamic way.
